The "Others" segment encompasses various digital services such as platforms, content, and e-commerce, alongside property management. Beyond its core segments, the company engages in a diverse array of activities. These include building management and maintenance, payment processing, business consulting and venture capital, health insurance administration, tourism services, directory information, telecommunications infrastructure construction, and multimedia portal development. It also operates as a civil consultant and developer, and manages office space leasing. As of December 31, 2020, TLK boasted a substantial customer base, with approximately 9.1 million fixed-line subscribers (of which 8.0 million were fixed broadband users) and an impressive 169.5 million cellular subscribers, including 115.9 million utilizing mobile broadband services.
